HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
The most accurate and easy way to find out your nail sizes is to order one of our sizing kits in the shape and length you desire. You can find our sizing kits under the Nail Extras tab.
PLEASE DO NOT GUESS YOUR SIZES!! ORDERS COMPLETED WITH WRONG SIZES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample packs available and a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. PLEASE REFER TO OUR SIZING CHART SECTION.
 
HOW LONG DO THE NAILS STAY ON?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for a few days or even a few hours if you're wearing them for a special occasion. With nail glue, for about 2 to 3 weeks. We include detailed instructions with every order.
 
ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?
Yes. I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file or a regular nail file to gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails. This will give  you many more wears. You can also use nail tabs that are good to wear for a couple hrs.
 
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
YES WE DO!! ! If you have a concept in mind or would like us to recreate something you saw on IG, Pinterest...anywhere, Please send us an email at Mignon.Clay@blackbombshellcosmetiks.com with a picture of your design, nail length and sizes. If you are unsure about your sizes, please purchase a sizing kit. We will follow up with you in 2-3 business days to chat ideas. 
 
Also, please note that not every idea or design fits our design style. So we may decline if its not something we can see ourselves doing. For recreations, we may ask if its ok to put a twist on the design to make it more our own. 
 
HOW MANY NAILS COME IN A SET?
All sets come with 10 nails. There will be sets that come with 20 nails to take out the guessing game of sizing. These nails will be listed as their own collection.

 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
*Please note that processing time only includes the time to make the nails. NOT how long it'll take for your nails to be delivered. Shipping time is dependent of what you pick at check out. 
Currently, all orders take approximately 7-14 business days to process, with the exception of non-nail set orders and/or sets labeled as "Ready to Ship". Please keep in mind that if you order more than one set at a time there may be a delay in processing time. Bigger orders take longer to complete which in turn causes some delays.  All made to order sets are worked on in the order they were received. 
Please note, THESE TIME FRAMES ARE JUST AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer.  We are not liable for delays in shipping. Once we've shipped your set it's out-of-our hands.
 
WHAT ARE YOUR SHAPE AND LENGTH OPTIONS?
We have many options. On each set/design, there will be a drop down for
"style"where you are able to select your desired shape and length.

WHAT IF I WANT AN XL SET?
All of our XL-XXXL custom sets require a nail sizing kit to be purchased. These nails run a little bigger than the standard size set and we want to make sure that these nails sizes fit you perfectly. Once you have messaged us with your correct XL nail sizes at that time your order will be worked on in the order it was received. You can find the nail sizing kits under the tab “Nail Extras”
WHAT COMES WITH MY NAIL PURCHASE?
All nail orders come with 1 prep kit which includes a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pad, glue, sticky tabs and
application instructions. If you order multiple sets in one order, you may need to
purchase an extra kit.
 
WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASED DON’T FIT?
Due to the handmade nature of the product, the nails MAY shrink just a tad due to the products beings used. IF this does happen and you have purchased a nail kit and accurately sized yourself, I will replace the nails that didn’t fit properly for a small $5 fee for time and shipping cost which can be sent via PAYPAL. A FULL SET WILL NOT BE REPLACED!! REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN!! Please give me the opportunity to fix the issue.
WHAT IF I CHOSE THE WRONG STYLE/SHAPE?
Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not
held responsible if the wrong shape,style,or sizes are ordered. 

If by chance you chose the wrong style/shape/size, email us
immediately at Mignon.Clay@blackbombshellcosmetiks.com. Once your
item has béen marked shipped or processed, no changes
can be made.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
There are a few reasons why your order was cancelled.
1. Failure to provide sizing/color information.

We, will send you multiple emails within 24 hours of your
purchase requesting your information.
After 24 hours, if no
response is received, your order will be cancelled.

2. Failure to confirm order details.
After your order has been placed. You may receive an email
from Mignon.Clay@blackbombshellcosmetiks.com asking you to confirm
your order details. If no response is received within 24
hours of your purchase, your order will be cancelled.

3. Your address could not be verified by the shipping
system.
If your address cannot be confirmed, we cannot process
your order. Your order will be cancelled.

4. Any order(s) that come through our system and has been
marked as
"Fraud Alert"
by Shopify
or PayPal, will
automatically cancel and refund your order.
 
MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED BACK TO YOU. HOW DO I GET IT RESHIPPED?
If your tracking shows the parcel has been returned, please
email us at Mignon.Clay@blackbombshellcosmetiks.com to confirm your
package has been returned. Returned packages will incur
reshipping charge.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do offer expedited shipping. You are able to choose
option when completing your order. Please be advised
expedited shipping does not speed up your order processing
time. 

MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY USPS BUT I DIDN'T
RECEIVE IT.
Black Bombshell’s Pressed Palace hands over any and all accountability for
missing packages and is not required to issue refunds or Replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked as "delivered" by USPS and it's
missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was
delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your
local post office. You may also file a claim directly with
USPS at
http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our custom
handmade products, we do not accept returns or make any
exchanges.

**Please read all information listed under the item
description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time
and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not
held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Also, double check shipping information before checking
out. If there's an apartment, suite or unit number make sure
